Job Description

Payoneer is looking for Team Lead, Chargeback and Payment Operations to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the chargeback and payment operations process.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of payment operations and chargeback processes.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
