Job Title: Team Lead Business Development

Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi-110044

Experience: 2–4Years

Shift Timings: 12:00 to 21:00

Role Overview
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving high performance within the Business Development (BD) team. This role entails close supervision of BD Executives, ensuring excellence in lead generation, pipeline management, client engagement, and conversion efficiency. The Team Leader will serve as the link between the BD team and the Sales Coordinator, ensuring that sales strategies are executed seamlessly and revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

>Lead, mentor, and support Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
>Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training interventions to enhance performance and motivation.>Monitor BD reps’ client interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards, professionalism, and consultative selling techniques.>Conduct regular audits and provide constructive feedback for improvement.>Oversee and analyze sales pipelines of BD reps to ensure a healthy funnel and timely movement of leads through stages.>Highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities in the pipeline to the Sales Coordinator.>Evaluate and ensure that BD reps maintain strong, value-driven relationships with prospects and existing clients.>Step in to manage escalations and support critical client engagements when necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales leadership (2–4 years in supervisory capacity preferred).
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and pipeline management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to coach and motivate teams to deliver results.Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
