Job Summary The Team Lead - B&L will oversee the efficient functioning of client reporting and wealth management operations. With a hybrid work model and night shifts the role requires expertise in MS Office and a strong understanding of reporting processes. The candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring accurate client deliverables. Responsibilities Lead the team in managing client reporting tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Oversee wealth management operations to optimize processes and improve service quality. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all reporting activities. Monitor and analyze reporting metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes to ensure consistency and reliability. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to address reporting needs and challenges. Utilize MS Office tools to create and manage reports ensuring data integrity and presentation quality. Implement best practices in reporting and operations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues impacting reporting processes. Drive initiatives to automate reporting tasks and reduce manual effort. Support the development of new reporting solutions to meet evolving client requirements. Qualifications Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications to manage and analyze data effectively. Demonstrate experience in client reporting and wealth management operations to ensure high-quality deliverables. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address reporting challenges and improve processes. Show ability to work in night shifts and adapt to a hybrid work model for optimal productivity. Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all reporting tasks. Display strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
