Candidate must have laptop and internet connection in case of work from Condition.

Responsibilities

• Candidate must have strong communication skills.
• Must be well versed with Management level/ Senior level hiring and should be conversant with Head Hunting.
• Souring best talent from job portals like Naukri, naukrigulf, linked in , references, data base and head Hunting.
• Hands on Experience of NON IT recruitment experience in Oil, Gas, Refinery, Engineering, Construction, Shutdown field.
• Handling international recruitment, hiring from India, Oman, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE for Mid and Senior level positions.
• Head Hunting, references & screening, short listing, interviewing and finalizing shortlisted candidates.
• Designed job advertisements for publishing in various countries and screen response against key job requirements.
• Handling multiple clients, Screening the CVs received from client & Maintaining database.
• Conducting Telephonic & Skype interviews, HR Interviews, Salary negotiations & Selection of suitable candidates.
• Reference check of selected candidates.
• Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective client Informed of the same.
• Collecting all the required documents from candidates and sharing with respective client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ Master Degree degree in Business Administration (with emphasis on HR)
• 5 experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in Non IT, Oil, Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Constructions
• Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
• Prefer candidates with experience in engineering, oil and gas sector recruitment.
