We have an opening for Manager Business Development (Client Acquisition) & Business Development Executive in Universal Talent Hub at Noida, Sector 63.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, New Client Acquisition from PAN India & International Market (Gulf Countries) for recruitment and tie up as recruitment partner.
  • Liaison with engineering/non engineering clients and identifying potential upcoming projects and recruitment drives and have business tie up for their recruitment partner.
  • Looking after all business communications and accountable for expansion of customer base.
  • Identifying and meeting potential clients and the decision makers by growing, maintaining, and Leveraging your network.
  • Understand technical qualifications needed to fill client's positions.
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to generate new businesses.
  • Candidate shall be ready to travel in India and overseas for client meeting and business generation.
  • Conduct conferences with existing/ potential clients and candidate through any medium.
  • Discuss and negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Managers and Recruiting team to understand and assess client needs.
  • Follow up for the current ongoing and upcoming requirements with clients.
  • Follow up for pending Invoice and Payments.
  • Preparation of clients database for contacted and interested clients and sharing with Team Manager on daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Master Degree/University degree in Business Administration (with emphasis on HR)
  • Minimum 8 experience in Business Development and should have thorough Knowledge in Recruitment firm in client acquisition.
  • Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in the Gulf region.
