Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

• Conduct field visits to companies, colleges, and institutions to promote recruitment services.
• Generate leads by meeting HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) during field activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and placement officers.
• Collect market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
• Report daily/weekly field activities to the marketing manager.
• Support the recruitment team by channeling client requirements and candidate leads.

Required Skills :-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking ability and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
• Knowledge of recruitment industry trends and local market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
• Basic digital marketing awareness (to complement field activities).
• Negotiation and persuasion skills for client acquisition.
• Time management and reporting discipline.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or recruitment services.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits and events.
