Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Analyze project metrics and reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of AEM principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in an employment firm or recruitment services firm is preferred.
