As a Team Lead in Ad Operations at MediaMint's Hyderabad office, you will play a crucial role in coaching, training, and managing a team of agents to deliver exceptional performance for our cutting-edge clients. Your responsibilities will include team leadership, client and project management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, collaboration, quality assurance, compliance, and productivity optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 10-30 employees, ensuring productivity, engagement, and retention. - Develop leadership capabilities within the team, mentoring employees for career growth. - Handle high-pressure, fast-paced client engagements in customer support or sales environments. - Exhibit strong analytical skills to diagnose challenges and implement data-driven solutions. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management. - Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high operational standards. - Utilize performance analytics and reporting tools to optimize workflows. - Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and best practices.
