Job Title: Implementation Trainer Department: Training Location: Delhi, India Job type: Full-time (Fixed Term Employment) Work style: on-site + Travelling ( 15 Days Minimum )  Job Description: An Implementation Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating professional development programs aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of teachers. This role involves designing training curricula, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure that teachers are well-equipped to deliver high-quality education. An Implementation Trainer works closely with educational institutions, administrators, and educators to foster continuous improvement in teaching practices. Duties and Responsibilities : · Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with team to identify training needs and professional development goals. Conduct needs analysis to determine the skills and knowledge gaps among teachers. · Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules. Tailor training content to address the specific needs and contexts of different schools or educational systems. · Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for teachers. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as interactive activities, group discussions, and multimedia presentations. · Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to teachers during and after training programs, helping them to implement new strategies and methodologies in their classrooms. Serve as a resource for teachers seeking advice or assistance with instructional challenges. · Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Track and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives. · Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in education and teacher training. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal knowledge and skills. Share new insights and developments with the training team and other educators. Required Experience/Skills: • Extensive experience as a teacher with a strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and professional development practices. • Ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences. • Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning. • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
