Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized person to support the Director with administrative and communication tasks. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, drafting communication materials, coordinating meetings, and liaising with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: ● Provide administrative and communication support to the Director. ● Draft, review, and manage communication materials, presentations, and reports. ● Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. ● Act as a liaison between the Director and key stakeholders, including government agencies, funding organizations, NGOs, and internal teams ● Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Organization. ● Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up notes. ● Compile data and create high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings. ● Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed by the Director. ● Manage correspondence and prioritize emails for the Director. ● Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information and communications ● Assist in managing the organization’s social media presence, drafting content, and ensuring alignment with the NGO’s mission and values as required. Qualifications & Skills: ● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 3-6 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a communication role. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher Trainer located in Chandigarh. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for educators, creating lesson plans, and supporting teachers in implementing best practices in teaching and classroom management. In addition, the role includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and facilitating communication between educators and the organization.
