Duties and Responsibilities

? Conduct regular parent meetings to discuss the child's progress and provide guidance.

? Assess speech, language, and communication skills of children using standardized tools.

? Provide individualized speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.

? Deliver online training sessions for both children and parents to support speech development at home.

? Facilitate group therapy sessions to enhance peer interaction and communication skills.

? Plan and write comprehensive monthly progress reports for each child.

? Actively participate in assessment camps to identify children requiring speech and language intervention.

? Contribute to the development of educational and therapeutic content for therapy programs.

Required Experience/Skills

? Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, (RCI Registered)

? Strong communication, empathy, and patience (soft skills)

? Effective use of speech therapy tools and assistive devices

? Accurate record keeping of sessions and child progress

? Use of technology for online and in-person therapy

? Ethical and confidential documentation practices
