Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Speech Therapist partner to provide at-home therapy sessions for client/s in Gurgaon. The role is on a freelance basis, and session timings will be mutually agreed upon based on your availability and the family's needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 speech therapy sessions at the client’s home Assess the child’s functional needs and develop personalized therapy goals Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills Maintain session records and share progress updates with the Carely team Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care, if needed Communicate respectfully with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in home environments Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the child’s home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.
