Role Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and driven Inside Sales & Lead Qualification Specialist to be the first point of contact for families reaching out to Carely. You will engage with parents, understand their needs, qualify leads, and guide them through the first steps of their journey with us. Your work will be critical in helping families feel supported while ensuring only the most relevant leads move forward in our process. Key Responsibilities: Respond to new inquiries from parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Build trust with families by listening empathetically and sharing clear, accurate information about Carely’s services. Understand each child’s and family’s needs to determine whether Carely is the right fit. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and nurture warm leads until they are ready to proceed. Share plan details, pricing, and service options in a transparent, parent-friendly manner. Schedule onboarding calls or demos with child development specialists for qualified leads. Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system. Provide feedback to the marketing and operations team on lead trends, parent concerns, and service queries.
