Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher Trainer located in Chandigarh. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions for educators, creating lesson plans, and supporting teachers in implementing best practices in teaching and classroom management. In addition, the role includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and facilitating communication between educators and the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills
• Proficiency in Training educators and developing training materials
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders
• Experience in educational program development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
