Position Overview:
The Teacher Trainer at Science Exploratory plays a vital role in developing and implementing engaging Physics, Mathematics and DIY (technology driven) activities for school students in grades 6 to 10. This position focuses on training students to effectively grasp scientific concepts while fostering a hands-on learning environment that ignites curiosity and deepens understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Activity Design:

  • Create innovative and interactive Physics and Mathematics activities that align with educational standards.
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles.
  • Training Educators:
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies in Physics and Mathematics.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for engaging students and facilitating hands-on experiments.
  • Curriculum Development:
  • Collaborate with educational professionals to design a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates experiential learning.
  • Ensure the curriculum is adaptable to different educational settings and student needs.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and student understanding.
  • Gather feedback from educators and students to continuously improve activities and training programs.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Foster relationships with schools, parents, and the community to promote Science Exploratory programs.
  • Organize events and demonstrations to showcase Physics and Mathematics activities.
  • Research and Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Physics and Mathematics education.
  • Integrate new technologies and methodologies into training programs and activities.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/ETC/Computer/Civil Engineering
  • ORMaster’s degree in Education, Physics, Mathematics, Electronics or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching or training, particularly in STEM subjects will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for science education and a commitment to student engagement.Skills:
  • Ability to design and implement hands-on learning experiences.
  • Proficient in using technology and educational resources.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
