Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Teacher Trainer who is passionate about early childhood education and has an interest in contributing to curriculum development. The primary responsibility will be to conduct impactful training sessions for preschool and early years teachers, while also collaborating with the academic team to refine and adapt curriculum content.

Key Responsibilities

Teacher Training (Primary Focus)

• Conduct engaging workshops, training sessions, and classroom demonstrations for preschool teachers.
• Use interactive, hands-on methods to model best practices in early childhood pedagogy.
• Mentor and support teachers in their professional growth and classroom implementation.
• Provide constructive feedback and assess teacher progress.

Curriculum Support (Secondary Focus)

• Collaborate with the academic team in reviewing and enhancing existing curriculum materials.
• Share on-ground insights from training sessions to make the curriculum more practical and effective.
• Contribute to the development of teacher manuals, resource guides, and lesson plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a preschool/early years teacher or teacher trainer (experience with branded preschool chains preferred).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood pedagogy (play-based, Montessori, EYFS, thematic, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Passion for teacher empowerment and a keen interest in curriculum development.

• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire teachers.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for improving teaching-learning resources.
• Comfort with digital platforms for training (LMS, webinars, online workshops).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
