Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles. Training Educators: Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies in Physics and Mathematics. Provide guidance on best practices for engaging students and facilitating hands-on experiments. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educational professionals to design a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates experiential learning. Ensure the curriculum is adaptable to different educational settings and student needs. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and student understanding. Qualifications: B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/ETC/Computer/Civil Engineering ORMaster’s degree in Education, Physics, Mathematics, Electronics or a related field. Experience in teaching or training, particularly in STEM subjects will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for science education and a commitment to student engagement. Skills: Ability to design and implement hands-on learning experiences. Proficient in using technology and educational resources.
