Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive based in Chennai to support our expansion and marketing operations in the Tamil Nadu region. This individual will play a key role in identifying properties for franchise prospects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of local marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Property Sourcing: · Identify and scout suitable properties for upcoming Little Elly franchise centers. · Coordinate site visits and maintain a property database with photos, area specs, and owner details. 2. Vendor Coordination: · Liaise with marketing vendors for banners, printing, van branding, kiosk setups, etc. · Ensure timely delivery and installation of marketing materials at centers. 3. Marketing Execution: · Assist with the execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities (van displays, apartment activations, digital screens, etc.). · Support franchise partners in local campaign rollouts and track performance. Requirements: · 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field coordination, or franchise support. · Must be based in or willing to travel across Chennai & nearby regions. · Good communication and negotiation skills. · Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and Excel/Google Sheets. · Two-wheeler with a valid license preferred.
