We are a new preschool brand built on the philosophy of gentle, child-led learning. Rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, our approach emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and holistic development. Our carefully designed environments and thoughtfully curated curriculum empower children to explore, express, and grow at their own pace.

We are seeking a Lead Teacher who shares our passion for early childhood education and can bring warmth, expertise, and leadership to our classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a preschool classroom with creativity, structure, and care.
• Design and implement activity-based and play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Mentor and guide assistant teachers to maintain consistent quality and care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Document and assess children’s progress through observations, records, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Certification/Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant preschool teaching experience (experience with a branded preschool will be an advantage).
• Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for young children.
• Ability to manage a classroom independently and innovatively.
• Familiarity with play-based and activity-based learning methodologies.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
