About the Role

We’re looking for a vibrant, creative, and confident individual to lead the voice of our brands across social media platforms. If you love connecting with people, have a flair for storytelling, and can communicate proficiently in English, we’d love to have you on our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a friendly, brand-aligned tone
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and team members to bring campaigns to life
• Keep track of trends and use them smartly to boost engagement
• Come up with creative campaign ideas and execute them end-to-end
• Monitor analytics and share simple reports on what’s working and what’s not
• Attend occasional events or shoots, capturing content and interacting with our Preschool Franchises

What we are looking for:

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
• A natural people-person who enjoys conversations and engagement
• Creative thinker with a good eye for design and trends
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple social media accounts
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
