Location : Sri Aurobindo Campus, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, Hauz Khas, New Delhi Office Time : 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday off) Position : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - HR Employment Type : Full Time-Fixed Term Employment About Rupantar: Rupantar is an international NGO focused on improving quality education and promoting inclusion. Duties and Responsibilities : Recruitment Sourcing and Screening resumes from job portal, referrals, agencies, head hunting Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and the ideal candidate profile. Administering appropriate assessments and feedback Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Negotiating salary packages and ensuring all terms and conditions of employment are clear. Campus Collaboration/Campaigns Plan and execute on-campus recruitment events, including career fairs, pre-placement talks, and interviews. Actively Participating in the Placement Drives of the Colleges to hire Top Talents. Utilize online platforms and social media to advertise job openings and engage with potential Placement Cells. HR Analytics · Gather and analyse HR data from various sources. · Generating report for employee surveys, Recruitment, Attrition Etc. Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI, and generate regular reports on key HR metrics HR Operation/Miscellaneous Completing timely reports on employment activity Pre and Post Onboarding formalities Organizing employee engagement activities Performing other HR related activities/operations given time to time Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and induction. Assist in negotiating salary packages and ensuring all terms and conditions of employment are clear. Ensure the offer letters and contracts are accurately drafted and signed. Role is just not limited to the above responsivities for the deserving and proactive candidate. Qualification & Experience: Graduation in BBA or related field / MBA Preferred Excellent experience in recruitment and HR operation Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
