🧩 Role Highlights:

✅ Review complex US Federal & State tax returns (1040s, 1041s, 706s, etc.)

✅ Handle foreign informational forms (8621, 8865, 926, 8938, etc.)

✅ Manage clients with multi-state filings, entity interests, and complex tax situations

✅ Stay current with tax regulations and communicate key updates to clients

✅ Lead, coach, and mentor a growing tax team

✅ Build strong working relationships with our US counterparts

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 8–10 years of US tax compliance experience (Individuals, Trusts & Estates)

✔ Master’s in Finance/Accounting (EA certification is a plus)

✔ Proven leadership experience managing teams

✔ Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Hands-on experience with tools like CCH Axcess, SurePrep, Microsoft Office

✔ Based in Mumbai (or open to relocating)
