What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

Senior Tax Associate

• 🤝 Build strong client relationships while delivering smart tax planning, consulting, and compliance support
• 📄 Review

  Form 990, 990-PF, 990-EZ

  for foundations, public charities, and other nonprofits
• 🧠 Manage complex tax projects with multiple stakeholders — from data analysis to reporting
• 📚 Conduct in-depth research and analysis on a variety of tax issues
• 👥 Mentor junior staff, provide feedback, and support their professional development
• 💡 Serve as an internal expert on nonprofit accounting and tax best practices
• 📝 Review tax workpapers and reports with a critical eye, ensuring compliance and clarity

What You Bring to the Table

• A graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com required)
• M.Com / MBA is a plus

• 3–7 years

  of relevant tax experience, especially in nonprofit filings
• Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a bonus
• Strong understanding of:

  Form 990, 990-PF

• ⚙️ Intermediate knowledge of

  Forms 1065 & 1120S

• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• A passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharing
