Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager in the PCS Practice team, your role will involve delivering a full range of tax services for Partnerships and Corporations (including S Corps) to ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws. You will be responsible for managing tax compliance and advisory services for clients, identifying tax issues, and developing innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing staff and senior team members, providing training on technical tax topics. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering a full range of tax services for Partnerships and Corporations (including S Corps) - Managing tax compliance and advisory services for clients - Identifying tax issues and developing innovative solutions - Mentoring and developing staff and senior team members, providing training on technical tax topics Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field - 5+ years of U.S./Global taxation experience - CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent certification required - Proven experience managing PCS clients (small & medium-sized businesses, Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120) - Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients If you're interested in this opportunity, you will be working in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in-office (Mondays and Fridays required).
