As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for both on trade and off Trade in the designated region. Job Responsibilities How you will contribute… Annual Target and planning Responsible for the Primary & secondary sale target in the state for Karnataka, for both On-Trade & Off-Trade Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan. Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Should be able to counter extreme environmental challenges. Responsible for agreed sales targets and revenue generation on each brand for the assigned region. Growth & market share Drive Retail and On-Trade business in the state. Regularly conduct retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track stock management. Focus on strong tracks for volume growth & build brand image & generate growth. Ensured strict adherence to working norms & practices - Reports / Analysis. People/ Team Ensure periodic product trainings to partners’ staff in On / OFF-Trade for enhancement of productivity. Activation and promotions Drive ‘Liquid on Lips’ through executing the relevant activations in On-Trade O/Ls in an efficient way. Responsible for trade scheme and brand activation promotional budgets for the brands at the state level. Contract management and quarterly analysis for the region. Retail outlet management Maintain the organization standard Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price and persuasion at the outlet. Execute marketing plans in the territory as per the guidelines from marketing team, while working within company policies, resources and budgets. Responsible for efficient management of budgeted trade schemes for the brands as the state level Stock and Inventory Management Monitor stock transfer from winery and BIO brands inventory management at each relevant depot/distributor. Set and deliver objectives in terms of width of distribution and retail universe by ensuring the availability of each registered brand across relevant depots and their respective outlets Manage the new product launches in the region. Collection Responsible for collection of all the outstanding from wholesalers, Retailer, Hotels, clubs, restaurant etc. Profile We are looking for unique and amazing talent.
