The candidate should be open to visiting Delhi NCR colleges/universities as and when required. This role demands excellent communication, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of student needs and academic programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Counsel prospective students through calls, emails, chats, and in-person meetings, offering accurate and comprehensive information about programs, admission procedures, and financial options. 2. Follow up rigorously on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to admissions. 3. The candidate should be open to visiting Delhi NCR colleges/universities as and when required . 4. Identify and address student concerns or objections to facilitate smooth decision-making. 5. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure students are well-informed and supported. 6. Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, webinars, and outreach activities to generate quality leads. 7. Maintain CRM entries and prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and feedback. 8. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets as per organizational goals. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline 3–4 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling or inside sales, preferably in the education industry. Proven track record of lead conversion and achieving admission/enrollment targets. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and other reporting systems. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
