Salary Package:

• Freshers / Entry Level: 16,000 CTC (13,000 In-hand)
• Experienced: 22,000 CTC (16,000 In-hand)
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduates and Graduates can apply
• Freshers and candidates with sales experience are welcome
• Must be comfortable working in target-driven environments
• Strong interest in Insurance or BPO sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers and pitch insurance-related products
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve objections effectively
• Follow sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and process requirements
• Maintain call quality and ensure accurate documentation
• Work closely with the Team Lead to improve conversions and performance
• Provide a smooth and convincing sales experience to customers
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with BPO culture and rotational shifts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Candidates with telesales or insurance sales experience preferred
