Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Conversion (Primary Responsibility)

  • Handle

    inbound enquiries from Australian parents

    via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand parent/student requirements and

    recommend suitable programs confidently

  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions/enrolments

  • Conduct

    structured follow-ups

    until decision closure
  • Maintain

    high professionalism, patience, and emotional intelligence during conversations

  • Achieve and exceed

    monthly conversion targets

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact for parents

  • Maintain

    long-term, cordial, and trustworthy relationships

  • Handle

    queries, feedback, rescheduling, and escalations

    with maturity
  • Ensure

    high parent satisfaction and strong retention rates

  • Maintain regular touchpoints for renewals and upgrades

3. Operations & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with

    tutors, academic staff, and internal team

  • Manage:
    • Class scheduling
    • Student allocation
    • Attendance tracking
    • Performance follow-ups
  • Ensure

    smooth daily operations without disruptions

  • Track employee availability and maintain discipline in operations

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain:
    • Lead tracker
    • Conversion reports
    • Payment tracking
    • Attendance & class records
  • Share

    daily and weekly updates with management

  • Ensure

    accuracy and accountability in all data

Required Skills & Profile

  • Exceptional English fluency

    Verbal & written (international client handling)
  • Strong confidence in speaking with parents and decision-makers

  • Sales-oriented mindset with ethical conversion ability

  • High

    emotional intelligence and people-handling ability

  • Strong

    follow-up discipline

  • Professional grooming and presence

  • Ability to handle

    pressure, multitasking, and peak enquiry hours

  • Comfort with:
    • Google Sheets
    • WhatsApp Business
    • Zoom/Google Meet
    • CRM or basic lead software

Experience & Background

  • 12 years experience in:
    • Operations
    • Client coordination
    • Sales support
    • Education counselling
    • International client handling (preferred)
  • Fresher with

    exceptional English and confidence

    may be considered
