Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Operations Coordinator to support our e-commerce warehouse and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing order flow, coordinating with logistics partners, and maintaining warehouse accuracy. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolve delivery delays, and handle logistics-related escalations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Assist in managing inbound and outbound stock movement.
• Update order status and warehouse records in the system/ERP.
• Work closely with the operations, customer service, and procurement teams to streamline processes.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse, logistics, or operations roles.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse tools/ERPs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WMS, OMS, or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of courier integrations and marketplace logistics workflows.
• Familiarity with SKU management and warehouse optimization techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,136.95 - ₹35,228.75 per month
