Roles and Responsibilities:

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to search for qualified professionals and manage candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of potential candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing specialist role.
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing on LinkedIn.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
