PositionTalent Partner - Manufacturing, Power & Energy, Pharma/Healthcare Working Model2-3 days from office (Gurgaon), rest remote About the Role: - We are seeking dynamic recruiters with experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Power & Energy, and Pharma/Healthcare sectors. - The role demands strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of industry-specific talent pools. - You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure quality and timely closures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. - Build and maintain a strong network of candidates within the manufacturing, power, energy, and pharma/healthcare sectors. - Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define job specifications. - Use a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals) to attract top talent. - Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Key Requirements: - 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least some exposure to the manufacturing, power & energy, or pharma/healthcare sectors. - Ability to handle multiple roles across levels (mid to senior hiring experience is a plus). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus. - Self-driven and able to work in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
