About CreatorFlux & The Role:


CreatorFlux Media is an exclusive Digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end-to-end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions & creator-led content IP development. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators - particularly those from non-metro regions - gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.


This is more than an influencer play; it's a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.


As a Talent Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our talent management and influencer marketing vertical. You’ll work closely with the internal team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timely coordination with creators, and efficient delivery of client requirements. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a dynamic digital environment and has a passion for creator-led storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for creators and talents.
  • Maintain and regularly update artist databases and performance records.
  • Support in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for talent.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and brand initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the talent management team.


2. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with the internal team.
  • Ideate and conceptualize new influencer-led campaign ideas aligned with client goals.
  • Identify relevant influencers and celebrities for each campaign.
  • Source quotations, references, and content concepts from influencers and agencies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for merchandising, gifting, and campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and manage approvals.


3. Trends & Content Innovation

  • Monitor social and cultural trends to identify meme and content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relatable content ideas.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a pulse on trends, pop culture, and internet humor.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
