Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Manager, based in Mumbai. The Talent Manager will oversee all aspects of creator and influencer management, including identifying and onboarding new talent, managing relationships, and supporting creators in growing their personal brand. Responsibilities will also include coordinating partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful campaign execution. The role involves collaborating across teams to align talent activities with organizational goals while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience in onboarding and supporting talent.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and partnership coordination, with a focus on influencer marketing campaigns.
• Organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of the creator economy, social media platforms, and emerging trends in influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in talent management or marketing; a background in media or entertainment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
