Desired candidate Profile:

1 -3 years of experience in end to end recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
candidate must have hands on expertise in NON IT hiring (retail/ FMCG/ FMCD/ Pharma / oil & gas/ e-commerce)
Immediate Joiner
must have his/her own laptop and wifi connection
Freshers with excellent communication can apply

Key responsibilities:

Take care of the entire recruitment process for the non-IT vertical
Source the candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn, etc. in a stipulated time frame
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and client organization.
Arrange interviews and coordinate for Interviews.
Work on salary negotiation with the candidates.
Follow up till the requirement is fulfilled.
Track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
Adhere to internal and client-specified TAT and performance parameters.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports management
.

Desired Candidate profile:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
