Key responsibilities:
1. Take care of the entire recruitment process for the non-IT vertical
2. Source the candidates through job portals, references, LinkedIn, etc. in a stipulated time frame3. Contact eligible candidates for interviews and follow-ups coordination with candidates and take regular follow-ups4. Work on coordination of joining of candidates5. Shortlist and screen CVs6. Pre-screen the candidates7. Send appropriate profiles matching client requirements8. Arrange interviews9. Work on salary negotiation with the candidates10. Follow up till the requirement is fulfilled11. Track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process12. Adhere to internal and client-specified TAT and performance parameters
