Your role is critical in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support strategic initiatives, driving the growth and success of the organization in a competitive market. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the offshore oil & gas sector, utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates with specialized skills for Saudi Aramco projects, conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry contacts to build a talent pipeline, and monitoring industry trends to provide insights to enhance the recruitment process and employer branding. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 4 years specifically within the offshore oil & gas industry, proven experience recruiting for Saudi Aramco projects or similar large-scale projects, strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms, excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively, and an understanding of labor laws and employment regulations within the industry.,
