We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team. With 9 to 12 years of experience in US IT recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various IT positions. As an Individual Contributor, you will conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates" skills, experience, and qualifications. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. You should have excellent vendor contacts to ensure the timely delivery of quality candidates. Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals, is essential to identify potential candidates. Maintaining accurate candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal) is crucial for effective recruitment. To qualify for this role, you must have hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements and a thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 & C2C. Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The office timings are in EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST), and the schedule includes working Monday to Friday night shifts in the US time zone.
