Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and Salary Negotiation, Offer generation and coordinate the complete recruitment process. The role also involves working on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
• Drive salary negotiations and finalize offers within budgeted guidelines.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide talent market insights.
• Enhance employer branding by creating a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.
