Job Requirements and Skills:
About the position: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Non-IT) who will take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process. They will focus on effectively sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining talented individuals who align with the brand’s objectives.
This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build a brand
awareness, drive engagement, and generate/convert sales.
Job Skills:
1. Experience in hiring creative profiles, international or luxury industry hiring (any 2)
2. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to closure.
3. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
4. Experience working effectively with hiring managers and department heads to understand and meet hiring needs.
5. Proven ability to negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates.
6. Ability and willingness to travel 4 - 7 days a month for recruitment-related activities.

Major responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company's workforce planning and growth objectives.
2. Identify multiple sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
3. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
4. Develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications based on role requirements and departmental objectives.
5. Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
6. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
7. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
8. Enhance the company’s brand through compelling messaging, content, and engagement strategies.
9. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
10. Define and track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
11. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract diverse talent and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
12. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
13. Monitor and support new employees during their initial stages to ensure a positive transition and engagement.
14. Develop talent networks and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
