Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment

    for

    Tech (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, QA), Product, Marketing, Content, and Growth roles

    .
  • Source top talent

    from

    tier-1 startups, product companies, and high-growth environments

    using

    LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and direct outreach

    .
  • Screen and assess candidates

    for

    skills, culture fit, speed, and ownership mindset

    β€” we hire

    builders, not just executors

    .
  • Manage hiring funnels

    with

    high velocity

    : target

    10–15 days from first screen to offer

    for critical roles.
  • Work closely with

    founders and hiring managers

    to understand

    role requirements, urgency, and ideal candidate profiles

    .
  • Negotiate offers

    and

    close candidates

    β€” you're the final push that gets them to say

    yes

    .
  • Build and maintain a

    pipeline of passive candidates

    for

    future hiring needs

    across all functions.
  • Track

    hiring metrics

    like

    time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health, and source effectiveness

  • Ensure a

    world-class candidate experience

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience

    in

    high-growth startups or product companies

    .
  • Proven track record

    of hiring for

    Tech (engineering, product), Marketing, Content, and Growth roles

    .
  • Strong

    sourcing skills

    β€” you know how to find

    A-players

    who aren't actively looking.
  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, AngelList, Instahyre, and other hiring platforms

    .
  • Speed and ownership

    β€” you don't wait for candidates to apply; you go

    hunt them down

    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    β€” you can

    sell the vision

    and

    close top talent

    .
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-paced, scrappy, founder-led environment

    where

    priorities shift quickly

    .
  • Data-driven mindset

    β€” you track metrics and

    constantly improve your hiring process

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience hiring for

    AI/ML, EdTech, or consumer product companies

  • Background in

    employer branding or recruitment marketing

  • Understanding of

    technical roles

    and ability to

    for basic technical fit.
  • Experience using

    ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
