We're hiring a senior leader to build and lead the engineering arm of this motion.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and highly skilled Recruiter who excels in LinkedIn sourcing and can independently drive full-cycle hiring. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management, strong market intelligence, and the ability to craft deep talent pipelines across technical and business functions.What are we looking for?
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, product.
  • Drive advanced LinkedIn sourcing using Boolean search, talent mapping, targeted outreach, and competitive research.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and share structured hiring reports.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-led campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing tech startups.
  • Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and passive talent sourcing.
  • Strong experience hiring technology roles (backend, frontend, ML/AI, infra/SRE).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with quick turnaround.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms ( Greenhouse would be preferred).
  • High ownership mindset, strong prioritization, and ability to work independently.
Highly appreciated if you have
  • Experience hiring across India.
  • Understanding of engineering teams, tech stacks, and AI/ML hiring needs.
  • Prior experience hiring in developer tools or AI startups
