We're hiring a senior leader to build and lead the engineering arm of this motion.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and highly skilled Recruiter who excels in LinkedIn sourcing and can independently drive full-cycle hiring. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management, strong market intelligence, and the ability to craft deep talent pipelines across technical and business functions.What are we looking for?

Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, product.
Drive advanced LinkedIn sourcing using Boolean search, talent mapping, targeted outreach, and competitive research.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and hiring strategies.
Conduct screening calls to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit.
Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate communication.
Maintain accurate ATS data and share structured hiring reports.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-led campaigns.

Requirements

3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing tech startups.
Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and passive talent sourcing.
Strong experience hiring technology roles (backend, frontend, ML/AI, infra/SRE).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles with quick turnaround.
Familiarity with ATS platforms ( Greenhouse would be preferred).
High ownership mindset, strong prioritization, and ability to work independently.

Highly appreciated if you have

Experience hiring across India.
Understanding of engineering teams, tech stacks, and AI/ML hiring needs.
Prior experience hiring in developer tools or AI startups
