Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Identify and engage with top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfilment of technical positions. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. Negotiate offers and manage the on boarding process. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for positions such as software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
