About the Role

APAC Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across APAC markets.
Manage requisition intake, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers and MSP program teams to meet SLAs.
Engage and manage supplier relationships for contingent workforce hiring.
Ensure compliance with onboarding, documentation, and client policies.
Utilize VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass) for requisition and candidate management.
Maintain accurate reports and dashboards for recruitment performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with focus on IT roles and APAC region.
Prior experience in MSP programs and vendor management is mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with VMS tools (Beeline/Fieldglass).
