Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Duties include identifying organizational hiring needs, conducting interviews, building employer branding strategies and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications effectively
• Ability to implement and enhance Employer Branding strategies
• Strong understanding of Recruiting techniques and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Master's or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources with 6 to 8 years of work experience
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and experience within diversified industries is a plus
