Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The role also involves coordinating and attending recruitment events, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various platforms and tools for sourcing candidates, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates promptly.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.



Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    3-12 years

    in technical recruitment for both domestic markets.
  • Skills:

    Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge:

    Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and various sourcing techniques.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability:

    Immediate joiners are preferred.
