1. Calling insurance companies to follow up on claims filed to expedite payment.
2. Communicate directly with insurance payers to resolve claims issues.
3. Check the correct status of AR follows up denials / payments by directly calling insurance companies.
4. Effectively communicates coding / billing issues which are causing denials to Lead.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
1. Qualifications: Any Graduation with good communication skills.
2. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers to 1 year of experience in AR (US Healthcare)
