Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
2. Build strong pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, job boards, communities, referrals).
3. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
4. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
5. Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, sourcing channel effectiveness).
6. Strengthen employer branding efforts, including social media hiring campaigns, content, and events.
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency), preferably in B2B SaaS or technology startups.
2. Proven experience hiring for tech + business roles in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of advanced Boolean search and outreach strategies.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
5. Data-driven approach; comfortable working with ATS and recruitment analytics.
