  • This job requires the ability to work in UK Shifts (12 PM - 9 PM IST) Local candidates preferred. Our office is at DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74a, Gurugram

  • Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting

    : Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Screening

    : Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Talent Sourcing

    : Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify qualified candidates.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team culture.
  • Candidate Experience

    : Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and open communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interviewing

    : Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person), assess candidate qualifications, and align them with job requirements.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding

    : Extend offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence

    : Stay informed on industry trends, compensation data, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Diversity & Inclusion

    : Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives through inclusive recruitment practices.


Qualifications:

  • Experience

    : 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition. Experience in tech, healthcare, or specific industries is a plus.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
