Job Description

Role Overview:

Talent Sourcing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze job descriptions and understand hiring requirements shared by clients
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and Boolean searches to source candidates
  • Screen candidate profiles based on key criteria like experience, location, and skill fit
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming mandates
  • Maintain accurate records in trackers/ATS systems and support documentation
  • Prioritize urgent roles and maintain response quality
  • Achieve joining and revenue targets on monthly basis

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong research, data-handling and learning capabilities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms
  • Understanding of hiring lifecycle and candidate evaluation basics
  • Excellent attention to detail and profile match accuracy
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Curiosity to learn different industries and role types
