About the opportunity As our founding Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll operate as a talent scout with the unique opportunity to build a TA practice from the ground up. You'll be the company's eyes and ears in the talent marketplace, identifying exceptional candidates others miss. This role offers unlimited growth potential both monetarily and intellectually, where you'll own business outcomes with performance directly linked to your success. Repurpose insights from projects/events into content assets. Digital & Web Build and manage simple websites/landing pages on tools like Framer Collaborate with design/dev freelancers for more complex builds. Ensure every page is on-brand, conversion-ready, and performance-tracked. Social & Media Create short-form content (Reels, carousels, snippets) for LinkedIn/Instagram.
