Flip Funnel is a Go-To-Market Enablement Studio. We work with early-stage tech startups to build demand, scale revenue, and accelerate growth across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Design. As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work directly with the founder and get a front-row seat to how a modern GTM studio is built. Expect to touch everything from client work and new initiatives to sales decks and experiments.
● Business Development: Assist in lead research, sales outreach, and proposal creation.
● Projects & New Initiatives: Support pilots and experiments across different GTM functions.
● Client Work: Help with campaign execution, reporting, and presentations.
● Ops & Systems: Keep things moving smoothly with documentation, tools, and workflows.
● Strategy Research: Benchmark competitors, explore market trends, and prep insights.
● You’re entrepreneurial, curious, and thrive in ambiguous situations.
● You’re comfortable switching between research, writing, and operations.
● You’re eager to learn how startups grow, pitch, and win clients.
● Bonus if you’re hands-on with tools like Chatgpt/Claude, Figma, Framer or HubSpot.
● Direct mentorship from the founder.
● Exposure to business, sales, and marketing at once.
● A real say in experiments and initiatives (your ideas matter here).
● A chance to convert into a full-time role if there’s a fit.
● Stipend - ₹12k-₹20k
